"Common Cents" is a fun and interactive workshop designed to help teens build practical financial literacy skills. Through hands-on activities and an engaging curriculum ,curated by myself, students learned about different types of accounts, saving strategies, budgeting tips, and more. It is so rewarding to see them gain confidence in making smart money decisions now and in the future.

"Voices of Today" is designed to empower youth with essential public speaking skills. Through this workshop, students build the confidence to express themselves clearly and confidently in any setting. The curriculum, curated by me, explores essential skills like the 5 P’s of public speaking, overcoming anxiety, crafting and delivering compelling speeches, and so much more. It’s my way of helping young people find their voice and shine both on and off the stage.

M.V.P Club: Goal setting and Achieving
The M.V.P. Club was created to help students discover and articulate their Mission, Vision, and Purpose in life. This fun, interactive workshop focuses on goal setting using the S.M.A.R.T. Goals framework and vision boards. Students not only learn how to clearly define their goals, but also develop actionable steps to turn those goals into reality.
About The Founder
Aria Foster
Aria Foster is a, scholar, servant leader, and artist dedicated to creating meaningful impact in her community. She recently graduated from Madison County Virtual Academy and completed dual enrollment courses at Calhoun Community College, leading with purpose in every space she entered. Aria served as President of the National Honor Society, Student Council, and the Youth Leadership Development Program of Huntsville. She also proudly holds the title of Miss Tennessee River’s Teen, representing the Huntsville, Madison, and Decatur communities.
Aria is the founder of Now Not Next, a youth-led initiative that empowers students to take bold action in their communities. Through service projects, leadership workshops, and strategic partnerships with organizations like the Searcy Boys and Girls Club and Future Iota Leaders, she inspires a culture of action over complacency. With over 300 volunteer hours, Aria models what’s possible when young people lead with intention.
Her leadership has been recognized statewide. At Alabama Girls State, she served as Governor’s Chief of Staff and Devotional Chairman. She was named Outstanding Female Student at Alabama Governor’s School.
Beyond leadership and service, Aria is a nationally awarded dancer and choreographer with over 11 years of training. She teaches at Elyon’s School of Dance, assists at Huntsville Ballet School, and has performed nationally and internationally. Her artistic excellence has earned her numerous choreography and talent awards, including self-choreographed pieces showcased in recitals and pageantry.
Aria is a freshman at Samford University pursuing a double major in Marketing and Finance with a minor in Data Analytics. She is a member of the prestigious Ragland Scholars Program, serves as Freshman Class President and Freshman Senator, and continues her passion for dance as part of Samford’s Dance Company. Aria is also an active member of the Gospel Choir.
Aria’s ultimate goal is to build a global nonprofit that equips youth with access to mentorship, leadership development, academic resources, and arts and athletic training. Whether in the studio, on stage, or in the boardroom, she lives by the belief that the time to lead and make a difference is not in the future—it’s right now.
